Shipment & Return: We ship our products worldwide through reputed courier partners, such as Fedex. In India, we aim to deliver all our orders in India within 3-5 working days & provide free shipping on orders above Rs.750. For smaller orders, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.75. For International orders, we provide free shipping on orders above Rs. 5000 and aim to deliver products within 10-12 working days. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping
fee based on the weight & dimensions of the product.

Payment Options: For payments, we accept all kinds of credit/debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Diners Club and provide net banking facility for all major banks. If you don't have a card, you can also directly transfer the money into our corporate bank account to make a purchase. If you wish to avail this facility, please send us your request at care@artisangilt.com and we'll provide you with our account details. At this stage, we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
